Dr. Temur Khan : Practice Principal (GDC No.171202)

Temur(known as TK), acquired the practice in partnership with his wife in 2019. Prior to this he was working as an implant dentist for a group of practices in Yorkshire.

He graduated in 2004 and after 4 years in general practice, he developed a keen interest in oral surgery. For the next 4 years he worked in various hospitals in Oral & Maxillo-Facial Surgery to further advance his surgical skills.

This experience in oral surgery has been fundamental in pursuing his passion for dental implants. TK gained his advanced certification in Dental Implants in 2013. He went on to complete post graduate Certification at Kings College London in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics in 2016 and is also trained in intravenous sedation.

TK has placed over a thousand implants in his career and aims to provide the most innovative treatment modalities. He keeps up to date with all latest techniques and is a member of International Team of Implantology (ITI).

TK spends his free time with his wife and two little girls or playing golf with his friends.

Dr. Sanna Khan : Practice Principal (GDC No.153615)

Sanna is the owner of 57 Dental & Implant Centre in partnership with her husband and acquired the practice after gaining over 10 years’ experience in General Dentistry.

 She graduated from the University of Leeds in 2008 with distinctions in Microbiology and Biochemistry. 

After completing her Vocational training, she worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery at Whippscross University Hospital, London to further improve her surgical skills. She went on to complete post graduate studies and gained Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) of the Royal College of surgeons in 2014. 

She developed an interest in Orthodontics and has been trained to use the Quick Straight Teeth (QST) system to improve smiles with the use of ceramic braces.

She is particularly good at helping nervous patients manage their dental anxiety with her calm and gentle manner

She spends her free time with her two girls and enjoys travelling with her family.

David Coates: Clinical Dental Tecnician (GDC No. 120197)

After completing a 5-year Dental Technology apprenticeship David graduated with merits in all aspects of Dental Technology and in particular, with Distinctions in denture design, materials and construction. On graduation David received the annual ‘Aesthetics in Dentures’ award for the best complete and partial dentures for his year. Following a period developing a successful National Health Service and Private dental laboratory, David then studied the clinical aspects of denture construction in Canada under the guidance of Professor Mike Vakalis, a world renowned authority on denture prosthetics, culminating in a graduation ceremony held at the Houses of Parliament in London.

David has treated many thousands of patients and has fitted over 11,000 private dentures in the last 27 years. He attributes his success to his attention to detail and a complete knowledge of dentures and the problems associated with wearing dentures combined with his ability to empathise with his patients and delivering great customer service. David prides himself on providing a personalised, high quality denture service that offers his patients custom denture solutions that optimise fit, function and are as naturally cosmetic as possible.

As a master Clinical Dental Technician, David can provide advice and information on all areas of the design and technical aspects of prosthetic dentistry

David is qualified with the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Wales and registered with the General Dental Council, both as a Clinical Dental Technician and a Dental Technician. David regularly mentors other Clinical Dental Technicians and Dentists in the clinical aspects of denture provision.

Alison – Practice Manager (GDC 118501)

Alison joined our friendly Team in July 2021. She has over 30 years experience in dentistry and has been a practice manager for the past 15 years .A fully qualified dental nurse still actively working in surgery to maintain her clinical knowledge. She has a special interest in implants and also has experience of sedation and surgical procedures.
Alison welcomes feedback and is available to help with any concerns or questions to aid your patient journey.
As well as being very sociable Alison enjoys running and spending time with her friends and family.

Aamna Yasin – Implant Nurse (GDC 279086)

Aamna graduated from the University of Leeds in 2018 with a Diploma in Dental Nursing. Aamna enjoys all aspects of dentistry, however, has a particular interest in Dental Implants. After working for two years in general dental nursing she moved on to train as an Implant nurse. She now has a vital role in assisting the Practice Principal with all his implant cases.

In her free time, she likes spending time with friends/family and travelling.

Kelly Y Skeet – Practice Co-Ordinator

Kelly trained as a dental nurse in 2003 at a family run practice and gained experience assisting dentists for a few years. In 2010 she wanted to progress her skills further and gained a book-keeping and accountancy qualification.

She joined 57 Dental & Implant Centre in 2014 and gained her national diploma in Dental Nursing from Leeds Dental Institute in 2016. In 2019 Kelly decided to go full time on reception, a role which she thoroughly enjoyed.

In 2021 Kelly was promoted as the Practice Co- ordinator taking on some administrative and managerial responsibilities.

Kelly is a mum of three children which keep her occupied most of the time. She enjoys meeting friends/family and eating out in her spare time.
